Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Buyer’s Remorse
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover all shipping costs.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (including “no longer needed,” “changed my mind,” or ordered in error), original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the exact cost we paid for shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply for opened or used items.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will ship a new unit out to you with a prepaid return shipping label for any defective/damaged items. Please contact us to request an exchange.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with the same condition requirements listed above.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it.
